GenesisCare is looking for passionate and motivated Graduate Radiation Therapists to join our teams across Western Australia.

As a Graduate Radiation Therapist, you'll be supported by experienced clinicians, gain exposure to leading technology, and play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care from day one. You'll work alongside highly skilled professionals, build your clinical confidence, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients throughout their treatment journey.

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and pre-treatment under the guidance of experienced clinicians
• Support patients throughout every stage of their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism
• Develop your technical and clinical skills using modern radiotherapy techniques and technology
• Complete required clinical documentation and administration accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and centre operations

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor of Radiation Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Hold, or are eligible to obtain, AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
• Hold, or are eligible to obtain, the relevant WA Radiation Use Licence requirements
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional patient centred care
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team environment
• Are eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in Radiation Oncology
