As a Laundry Driver, you will be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of laundry services across our sites, helping ensure residents and customers receive high-quality service every day. This will be a Permanent Full-time role
Your opportunity
You will play a critical role in ensuring laundry collections and deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will act as a key link between customers and the laundry team while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Collect and deliver laundry safely and on time
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently
- Adhere to all road rules, safety requirements and company procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and site staff
- Support the laundry team to meet service standards
- Participate in workplace safety and hazard reporting activities
What you’ll bring
You are a dependable and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You can work efficiently under pressure, manage competing priorities and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
What’s required:
- Current NSW Driver's Licence with the appropriate classification for the vehicle being operated (typically MR Licence).
- Safe driving record and sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Physical ability to load and unload laundry deliveries.
- Ability to work in accordance with Anglicare's policies, procedures and safety requirements.
