Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll administration, statutory benefits, and tax compliance for factory employees and staff
· Support workforce management and employee relations by handling manpower planning, performance reviews, training coordination, disciplinary actions, grievance cases, and employee engagement programs
· Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR documentation and supporting audits, inspections, licenses, permits, and statutory reporting requirements
· Oversee daily factory administration, including office and production supplies, uniforms, canteen services, transportation, housekeeping, and visitor management to ensure smooth operations
· Coordinate vendor and stakeholder management, company events, employee welfare initiatives, travel arrangements, and relationships with service providers and relevant government authorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations, including Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements
Hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, and factory administration
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a good command of Vietnamese and English in both written and spoken communication
