The Opportunity:
Step into a mission‑critical role where your identity and access management expertise directly supports a large‑scale DoD program. In this position, you’ll operate at the heart of cutting‑edge Zero Trust architecture, work daily with modern ICAM technologies, and strengthen security for a complex enterprise environment.
You will:
Own and optimize identity lifecycle operations for a high‑visibility DoD customer
Work hands‑on with OKTA, CyberArk, Zscaler Private Access, and secure remote access technologies
Develop compliance reporting reviewed by senior leadership and auditors
Advance your skills across IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust network access
Contribute directly to strengthening national‑security‑focused cyber operations
Required to travel to Scott Airforce base on a quarterly basis
Responsibilities:
Manage full identity lifecycle operations: provisioning, modifying, and de‑provisioning user access
Administer OKTA for enterprise IAM, including policies, workflows, and integrations
Manage privileged credentials and vaulting via CyberArk PAM
Implement and maintain multi‑factor authentication (MFA) across systems and platforms
Conduct monthly privileged access and DCWF compliance audits; deliver executive‑ready reporting
Operate and support secure remote access using Palo Alto Secure Browser and Zscaler Private Access
Build and maintain access control matrices, identity governance documentation, and SOPs
Support the Cybersecurity Architect with identity architecture planning and Zero Trust adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
3–5 years of experience in identity and access management roles
Hands‑on experience with an enterprise IAM platform (OKTA preferred)
Understanding of privileged access management concepts and tools
Experience implementing and administering MFA solutions
DoD 8140 Interim Education Options
DoD 8140.03M DCWF Basic tier – one of: CC, GDSA, or GISF
Desired:
DoD 8140.03M DCWF Intermediate tier – one of: CEH(P), ECIH, GRID, RCCE Level 1, CBROPS, CCSP, CEH, Cloud+, FITSP‑O, GCED, GCIH, GSEC, PenTest+, or Security+
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or Software Engineering
OKTA Certified Administrator
CyberArk Trustee or Defender
Familiarity with Zscaler ZTNA and Zero Trust access concepts

The proposed salary range for this position is:
