P3Job Purpose/Summary:
The HR PMO & CI Support Specialist provides tactical support for the HR PMO, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement team. They will support complex HR programs consisting of multiple related projects. This position is expected to interpret and execute change management strategies developed by HR Project Management Specialists and Relationship Management & Process Improvement Specialists. This position will play a tactical role in the support of identified change management needs across a broad range of stakeholders, spanning from frontline team members to executive leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement change management strategies developed by HR project team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic directives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Support the execution of ad-hoc project requests, ensuring alignment with overarching change management goals and strategies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or barriers to successful change implementation, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Assist in the development and delivery of communication materials to support change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Create engaging, informative, and relevant content that addresses the needs and interests of HR professionals and employees.
- Develop compelling material and calls-to-action to capture the reader’s attention and encourage engagement.
- Maintain the HR change and communications calendar to plan and organize content creation efforts, ensuring consistent publishing schedule and a diverse range of topics.
- Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and best practice based on uniqueness of organization.
- Build brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement within the enterprise while providing valuable insights and resources to HR professionals and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and promote alignment with change initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on the status of change management activities and contribute insights to continuous improvement efforts.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among HR team members to identify best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
- Experience: 2+ years relevant work experience with preferred experience in organizational change management encompassing the full change management lifecycle using standard methodologies and tools.
- Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Preferred experience with visual communication tools, examples including Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid, Articulate 360, Vimeo, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team members must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
Special Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people; Effective time management and prioritization skills; Detail-oriented with focus on quality; Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive positions.
