Job Description

1.工業安全管理：
-制定和執行工業安全政策和程式，確保符合相關法規和標準。
-進行安全風險評估，識別潛在危害並制定防範措施。
2.安全培訓與教育：
-設計並實施安全培訓計劃，提升員工的安全意識和技能。
-定期組織安全演練，模擬應急情況，提高應變能力。
3.安全檢查與監督：
-定期進行安全巡檢，確保工作場所的安全狀況。
-監督安全措施的執行情況，發現問題及時糾正。
-統籌管理全公司安全設施，確保滿足安全管理要求。
4.事故調查與報告：
-調查工業事故和安全事件，分析原因並提出改進建議。
-編寫事故報告，向管理層匯報調查結果和改進措施。
5.安全改進與創新：
-研究和引進新的安全技術和方法，提升工業安全水準。
-提供建議方案以改善整體產品、流程與服務，並執行一系列分析，考量可能方案的優劣勢以解決問題。
6.專案管理與協調：
-管理工安相關專案，協調資源和工作進度，確保專案按時完成。
-提供資淺同事非正式的指導，幫助其提升專業能力。
