Job Description
The Associate III supports Relationship Managers across multiple distribution channels by producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for clients, prospects, consultants, advisors and external audiences, that align with branding standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in producing polished, accurate, and timely presentation materials that support business development, client engagement, and portfolio communication.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Daily interaction with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and internal support teams will be required to fulfill Client and Consultant presentation requests. This position is both deadline-based and ad hoc in nature as two days are never the same, therefore flexibility is required.

Presentation Development & Execution
Build, format, and update PowerPoint presentations to support relationship managers with their client meetings, pitches, and educational materials
Execute strictly according to provided instructions, templates, and content guidance
Ensure all presentations adhere to established branding guidelines (fonts, layouts, colors, formatting standards, etc.)
Incorporate standardized content, charts, and visuals while maintaining consistency across materials
Quality Control & Compliance
Review all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to distribution
Identify, correct, and flag errors (formatting, data, language, disclosures)
Ensure all required disclosures and regulatory requirements are properly applied and positioned within presentations
Leverage checklists, guidelines, and internal resources to maintain high-quality output
Adhere to TDAM's brand guidelines and compliance requirements by adopting sales support best practices to ensure that materials produced are compliant and consistent across the team
Stakeholder & Project Management
Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to deliver high quality presentation materials within the team's service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage feedback cycles, approvals, and revisions across multiple stakeholders
Communicate clearly and professionally when managing expectations, timelines, and competing priorities
Navigate challenging stakeholder dynamics while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
Display ownership over sales support material content and effectively communicate content preference to stakeholders to ensure clear, informative and value-added messaging
Workload & Time Management
Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and business impact
Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards
Respond to routine and ad hoc requests while meeting SLAs
Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies/provide value-add and lead projects to streamline/standardize processes as required
Support, as required, for other client/sales activities at different stages of the pipeline
Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and Excel
Strong attention to detail and quality control with a proven ability to identify and correct errors
Excellent execution skills and ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions precisely
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to effectively translate complex information into clear messages for target audiences
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving capabilities to solve unstructured and complex issues independently
Ability to remain composed and professional in challenging situations
Exhibit sound judgement and strong common sense
Critical thinking and risk management mindset
Possess a passion for learning about the wealth asset management business and a desire to grow skillset
Fully bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
Experience with data visualization or chart creation (nice to have)
Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems (nice to have)
Experience working with standardized content libraries (nice to have)
Specific Education Requirements
Undergraduate degree or other relevant financial certification
Five years of experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management or Capital Markets
Keen interest and understanding of investment and market concepts
Investment industry accreditation considered an asset
