Description
Clustox is hiring a Performance Marketer to join our Marketing team and own paid acquisition for our software development services and our SaaS products.
We're looking for someone genuinely hands-on — someone who can research a market, build the campaigns, fix the tracking, run the tests, and explain what the numbers mean. This is not a role that briefs an agency and reviews their reports. Success here is measured in qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue, not impressions, traffic, or engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research to identify campaign opportunities, and turn it into media plans, forecasts, and budget allocations.
- Run Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Remarketing, and YouTube campaigns end to end.
- Run Meta lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns.
- Own audience building, keyword selection, bidding strategy, ad scheduling, placement control, and budget pacing.
- Write ad copy and brief designers and content writers on creative requirements.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tagging — and resolve tracking discrepancies when numbers don't reconcile.
- Track performance through the CRM from click to lead to opportunity to customer, and report where the funnel leaks.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, placements, and creatives, and run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, forms, and offers.
- Reduce irrelevant traffic, low-quality leads, wasted spend, and spam or fraudulent conversions.
- Analyze landing-page performance and drive conversion-rate improvements with design and web development.
- Monitor accounts daily and deliver weekly and monthly reports on CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution — with findings and recommended actions, not exported screenshots.
- Work with sales and product team to agree lead quality criteria and feed their feedback back into targeting, messaging, and bidding.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid campaign management experience, preferably for B2B technology, software services, SaaS, or international markets.
- Strong practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Working experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one other paid platform.
- Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel and API-based measurement, and UTM discipline.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets with accountability for efficiency and outcomes.
- Solid understanding of lead generation, demand generation, remarketing, attribution, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to build funnel views and separate a real trend from normal variance.
- Ability to write clear, specific ad copy for a technical B2B audience.
- Ability to work independently and own the role from research through to reporting.
- Ability to explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications — practical results are valued more highly than certificates.
- Experience advertising into North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
- Previous experience in a software company, technology consultancy, SaaS company, or B2B performance marketing agency.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including lead-source attribution and offline conversion imports.
- Experience with server-side tagging, LinkedIn account-based marketing, or developer and API-led products.
- Working knowledge of SEO and conversion-rate optimization.
Important Application Requirement:
- Candidates must submit campaign performance evidence with their application. Preference will be given to submissions demonstrating:
- Campaigns owned end to end, with objective, budget, and result
- B2B, SaaS, or technology campaigns
- A conversion tracking or attribution problem diagnosed and fixed
- Documented A/B testing or optimization outcomes
Campaign evidence will be reviewed before candidates are shortlisted for interviews.
