Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and assess pest infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and communicate findings to clients.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential pest entry points and recommend preventive measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pest control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills to upsell additional services or products to clients.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
