What You'll do:

- Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams, including APIs, integrations, mainframe, and digital channels, ensuring clear requirements and successful delivery.

- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from functional definition through to production release.

- Drive product evolution by identifying opportunities to enhance features, processes, and customer value.

- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs and delivery metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure the quality of delivered solutions through validation, testing support, and performance monitoring.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Compliance, and external partners when applicable.

- Promote a delivery-focused mindset, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role within a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience contributing to product design and integration initiatives.

- Experience defining, monitoring, and interpreting product KPIs and success metrics.

- Delivery-oriented professional with a strong focus on value creation and problem-solving.

- Self-driven, pragmatic, and analytical, with excellent critical thinking skills.

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

- Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.

- Experience within the payments, money transfer, or financial services domain is considered a plus.
