Digital Executive

The Digital Executive is responsible for planning, running, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on experience, is proficient in Ads Manager and Google Ads, and can analyze performance data to drive results across key metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting accordingly
• Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets
• Track KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta Ads and Google Ads are a must)
• Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work with data and translate it into actionable insights
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
