About the Role
The Policy Owner Servicing Executive is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate policy administration and customer servicing support for corporate and group insurance clients. The role ensures timely processing of policy servicing requests, renewals, premium collections, and customer membership changes while maintaining service excellence and operational quality.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily servicing operations for corporate and group insurance clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards.
- Process Policy Owner Servicing (POS) requests and policy renewals, including Group Medical Rider transactions, within established turnaround times (TAT).
- Monitor and follow up on premium collections to ensure timely payments.
- Administer customer membership updates, including additions and terminations.
- Handle policy amendments and other customer servicing requests.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, premium adjustment reports, and related correspondence accurately and on time.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system, process, and product enhancements.
- Prepare assigned reports within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to customer onboarding journey improvements and process enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of servicing processes, insurance products, and related systems.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder requests while ensuring service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Corporate Sales Support, or Insurance Operations.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
