What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the core of driving digital transformation across Japan's construction sector, directly championing innovative BIM and SaaS solutions that empower enterprise leaders to build more efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on organizational goals to drive revenue growth across Japan.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to ensure client success. Prospect and acquire key enterprise accounts, introducing cutting-edge software solutions to key decision-makers.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage performance pipelines, and lead strategic account expansion efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of proven success in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT sales and account management.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.

• Professional fluency in Japanese with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management.

Bonus Points For:

• Deep domain knowledge of the construction, AEC, civil, or structural steel software industries.

• Hands-on experience selling Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, CAM, or PLM applications.

• Business level English fluency to be able to collaborate with Global Teams.
