We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Customer Excellence Manager to join our S&OP team based out of our Melbourne, Victoria - Kraft Heinz office!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Analyse customer performance to find root causes, agree action plans, and improve KPI results.
Pull and interpret customer data, track scorecards/KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions for Sales.
Provide Supply Chain and Sales leaders with a practical view of each customer’s operating model, supported by strong communication and presentations.
Use data to build and present recommendations that support sales initiatives (e.g., new items, promotions, space and range/assortment).
Coordinate and resolve day-to-day service issues across order management, transport, demand, and production planning.
Map and review end-to-end supply chain processes with customers to identify improvement and value-creation opportunities.
Design product flow and process improvements that balance investment/cost with sales growth and reduced waste.
Assess customer requests for supply chain services, align the value proposition internally, and lead cross-functional supply chain meetings.
Own ongoing supply chain collaboration by aligning customer strategies with internal capabilities and ways of working.
Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team while driving effective cross-functional communication and strong customer relationships.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree required (ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar technical field)
Strong experience in logistics and customer-facing roles, preferably within FMCG
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven team leadership experience, including leading 3 direct reports
Strong financial acumen within a supply chain environment, and experience leading multiple supply chain projects
Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), KPI-driven performance management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong capability in data analysis
Power BI/Tableau and SAP experience is desirable
