Schedule Options

We are currently seeking CNS or Caregivers with availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Must be willing to travel to Cottleville, MO for this position.

• 12 hour shifts range from 7:00AM to 7:00PM
• PRN (as needed coverage) only
• Two weekend shifts per month required

What You Will Do

Our caregivers provide essential daily support and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Works with multiple clients (floor shift) throughout an independent living facility per shift

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance coverage
• Must be willing to travel to Cottleville, MO
• Must be able to work with pets
• Ability to work 2 weekend shifts per month
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with facility staff
• Ability to prioritize needs of patient population based on current workload

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead
• Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers
• Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
