Job Summary:
Title: Artist Management Coordinator
Reports to: Artist Manager
Location: New York, NY (On-Site, 5 days a week in office)
The Role:
Roc Nation is seeking an Artist Management Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating day to day operations, support continued development and growth of Roc Nation clients, with an emphasis on liaising with various partners, in-house marketing/PR, digital and brand partnership teams to ensure goals and obligations are met. The ideal candidate will be an organized, hard working, creative, intelligent and driven team player with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Involves supporting the management team of all Roc Nation clients
Candidates must be willing to travel for tour for extended periods of time as well as one-off and special events, sometimes with minimal notice
Answer, transfer, and screen incoming communications in a pleasant, efficient manner
Proactively assist in managing Client personal and professional calendars
Extensive communication with travel agents to book work related as well as personal travel for Clients, including ground transportation, flights, hotels, activities, etc.
Run various errands during the week and occasionally on weekends
Coordinate necessary needs for Client visits in office
Prepare and present creative presentation decks for Client presentation
Brainstorm and initiate ideas to create efficiencies for the management team and clients
This person will be working in tandem with the artist's Executive and Business Managers
Accept, sort, file, distribute, and send out mail and packages
Manage household needs for Clients, including scheduling and overseeing regular services, deliveries, and installations, etc.
Thorough organization of Google Drive folders and documents for all clients
Submit expenses correctly and in a timely matter
Plan personal events for Client
Ad-hoc projects
Extensive note taking and keeping for reference to all
Must be flexible with working hours that may include weekends, late nights, holidays, etc
This position will be working with high-profile talent, so understanding personal and professional boundaries is a must with utmost discretion

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
3+ years of day to day or tour management experience is preferred
Proficiency and full working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Google Suite
Must be comfortable and professional communicating with other executives and high-profile VIPs
Able to remain flexible, calm, and collected while shifting priorities quickly in response to changing circumstances
Punctual and agile with responding to all requests at any given time
Problem-solve effectively through difficult and last-minute situations
Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and interpersonal skills
Candidate must also be a self-motivated individual, quick on their toes, and show initiative to go the extra mile

The expected compensation for this position is:
$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
