We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will help maintain high standards of financial accounting, controls, and governance while supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role you will:
Prepare reconciliations and support month-end financial processes.
Assist with BAS, reporting, and audit requirements.
Maintain financial controls and general ledger accuracy.
Contribute to process improvements and finance projects.
Provide support across the Finance team as required.
Our expectations are that you have:
Progress towards CA or CPA qualification.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
