Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive environment, working a consistent 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (NOC Shift).

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule
• Shift: NOC (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to residents.
• Lead and supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the night shift.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).

🛠️ Qualifications & Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled 4-on, 2-off overnight rotation.
