DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality & Business Data Analyst to support key business transformation initiatives through structured data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities. 

This role will focus on improving the quality, consistency, and usability of business-critical data across multiple enterprise systems. The successful candidate will help establish a stronger data foundation that supports future system integrations, automation initiatives, reporting capabilities, and long-term data strategy objectives. 

The position is ideal for someone with experience working with large datasets in complex business environments who understands how information flows between multiple systems and can identify relationships between related data sources. 

This is a fixed-term position of approximately 3 months. 

As the Data Quality & Business Data Analyst Intern, you will:

CRM & CPQ Data Cleansing and Data Improvement 

Support the review, cleansing, enrichment, and standardisation of data within the company's CRM and CPQ platforms. 

Activities include: 

• Reviewing existing data attributes, properties and master data records. 

• Identifying data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values and outdated information. 

• Correcting business-critical data used within daily operational processes. 

• Validating relationships between records and ensuring data integrity across systems. 

• Supporting the implementation of new data standards, governance principles and naming conventions. 

• Assisting in the preparation of data for future system enhancements and migration activities. 
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Data Quality & Business Data Analyst Intern:

• Experience working with business data in medium to large enterprise environments. 

• Strong understanding of data structures, master data concepts and data relationships. 

• Experience performing data cleansing, validation and quality improvement activities. 

• Ability to analyse and reconcile data across multiple business systems. 

• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. 

• Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies and data quality issues.
