JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Tech Lead II.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Define solution architecture for application for an OBA as per enterprise standards and policies
• Alignment of applications to the enterprise strategic direction
• Technical SME for multiple technologies
• Adhere to the code standards and policy
• Support multiple application development projects

QUALIFICATION

• BE/ MCA

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with deep functional and technical expertise in large‑scale enterprise applications and platforms within complex business environments. 5 years of deep understanding on Elevance Health applications/platforms as - WGS, Facets, SPS, Data platforms, Member/Provider communications (Sydney/Solution central), Carelon services (Carelon BH/Carelon RX etc.), etc.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Enterprise Platform Experience

• Strong working knowledge of core enterprise systems, including:
• Claims and benefits administration platforms
• Customer/member and provider communication systems
• Enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions
• Shared services platforms supporting health, finance, or operations domains

Domain & Regulatory Expertise

• Strong understanding of U.S. health insurance with experience supporting:
• Commercial business lines
• Government‑regulated programs
• Large employer or federal programs
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred

Solution Design

• Proven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end architecture solutions within an enterprise architecture framework
• Experience integrating and aligning multiple technologies, platforms, and business capabilities to meet strategic objectives

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, product teams, engineering, and operations

Technology Trends & Innovation

• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, including:
• Cloud transformation and modernization
• Digital platforms and automation
• Generative AI and advanced analytics
