The Office Experience & Facilities Intern supports the Office Experience team by assisting with facilities operations, workplace projects, office administration, and workplace planning initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate facilities management, project coordination, workplace strategy, vendor management, and office operations within a fast-paced financial services environment.
A key focus of this role will be supporting major workplace initiatives, including the completion and ongoing optimization of the 25 Ontario office environment, while ensuring day-to-day facilities operations are delivered efficiently and effectively.
