We’re looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team and help create an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.

Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
- Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional, and compassionate approach
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage appointment flow
- Obtain and update patient medical histories and client information
- Check clients in and out and process invoices and payments accurately
- Fill prescriptions and assist with food and over-the-counter product requests
- Communicate patient needs and client concerns with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and enter information into veterinary practice management software
- Assist clients with questions regarding appointments, services, medications, and hospital policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide compassionate support to clients during routine visits, emergencies, and end-of-life experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous veterinary reception, veterinary receptionist, veterinary client service, or veterinary hospital experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting multiple clients in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary practice management software
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals
- Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds when needed
