Your Mission
As a Mobile Customer Journey Expert, you will support the Mobile Banking team in enhancing the ING Banking App and delivering an exceptional digital banking experience for our customers. You will work closely with product, business, and technology teams to help shape and optimize customer journeys across our mobile channels.
What You Will Do
Analyze customer feedback, usage insights, and app performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the Product Owner in the preparation, prioritization, and refinement of new features and enhancements.
Assist in the coordination and follow-up of ongoing mobile banking initiatives and projects.
Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of new functionalities before release.
Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and meeting materials for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business, IT, and customer experience teams to improve customer journeys and digital services.
Monitor market trends and digital innovations within the banking and mobile app landscape.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Innovation, Economics, or a related field.
Passionate about digital products, mobile applications, and customer experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional and agile environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage.
