A Day in the Life

This role operates within a modern Credit Services environment that combines customer engagement, digital workflow technologies, AI-enabled productivity tools, operational controls, and data-driven decision support to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

The role will focus on customer engagement, exception handling, data stewardship, process adherence, operational controls, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Manage credit and collections activities, including customer communication via phone and email, to resolve outstanding balances.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and support effective debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Monitor high-risk and overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies and payment terms.

• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, market teams, and other stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.

• Coordinate with back-office teams to clarify account discrepancies and support issue resolution.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all customer interactions and financial discussions.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• This is an entry level role with no experience required

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree.

• Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese is a mandatory requirement

• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained by advanced education. 

• Basic digital literacy and adaptability to evolving technologies and AI-assisted ways of working. 

• Ability to learn and operate within AI- assisted workflow environments and digital process-management tools. 

• Demonstrated curiosity toward continuous learning, automation technologies, and modern shared-service operating models.
