This job is for a current vacancy.
The Role:
We are seeking a Manager, Lead Engagement who wakes up every day with one mission: optimizing the lead funnel to maximize quality and conversion. This role is the engine behind our revenue growth—responsible for analyzing performance at every stage of the funnel, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies that improve lead quality, speed, and conversion rates.
You will partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns generate high quality leads and that every lead is subsequently nurtured effectively and efficiently to achieve desired conversion targets. If you thrive on digging into data, diagnosing performance issues, and driving measurable improvements, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Lead Funnel Optimization
- Oversee the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from capture to nurture to conversion.
- Track and analyze funnel performance metrics (lead volume, MQL-to-SQLconversion, velocity, pipeline contribution). Identify bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to implement strategies to improve lead quality and accelerate movement through the funnel.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Work in tandem with the Analytics team to conceptulize, build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across the funnel.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on underperforming segments and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver actionable insights to Marketing and Sales leadership to influence campaign strategy and resource allocation.
- Report on lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI impact, along with key insights, trends and forecasting to performance targets.
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign targeting and lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure timely follow-up and effective lead handling to drive optimal conversion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both teams on improving funnel efficiency, conversion and reporting, leveraging subject matter expertise and deep date analysis to gain alignment on the proposed course of action.
Technology & Process Excellence
- Administer and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms for seamless lead flow.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance lead management and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in lead management, sales operations, or marketing operations.
- Proven expertise in funnel optimization and conversion improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flow between marketing and sales platforms.
- Superior analytical skills with experience diagnosing performance issues and implementing solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead scoring models, attribution reporting, and funnel analytics.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and demand generation strategies.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for advanced analysis, as an asset
What Success Looks Like
- Funnel conversion rates improve quarter over quarter.
- Lead quality metrics consistently exceed benchmarks.
- Marketing and Sales teams view you as the go-to expert for performance optimization.
- Reporting delivers actionable insights that directly influence revenue growth.
