O2C Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

The O2C Reporting Analyst supports Order-to-Cash operations across North America (NAM) and EMEA by providing operational, reporting, master data, and compliance support. The role ensures the accurate execution of key financial and customer-related processes, contributes to month-end closing activities, supports audit and compliance requirements, and acts as a liaison between Finance, Customer Service, Collections, Treasury, and IT teams to maintain efficient and controlled O2C operations.

Job Requirements:

·    College level or university bachelor level education in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent education

·    Credit collection or further accounting qualification desirable

·    Audit experience desirable

·    Computer Skills (Office, Oracle/SAP, Outlook, PowerPoint )

- Fluent in English

- Other European language skills at intermediate level are preferred

- Skilled in using excel

- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle

- Knowledge for US GAAP and Local GAAP as an advantage

- Knowledge of credit collections process and use of collection automation tools desirable

- Collaborative and team orientated approach

- Good finance and analytical skills

- Experience with KPI driven organizations and decision making
