Join us as an Application Expert and help bring innovative nutrition solutions to life for customers across Greater China. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, customer partnership, and innovation to develop application solutions for early life nutrition products. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to transform scientific insights into market-ready products. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product innovation, solve technical challenges, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal teams to support application development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and test new formulation concepts, prototypes, and ingredient solutions for nutrition applications.
• Provide technical guidance on formulations, processing technologies, ingredient functionality, and product performance.
• Investigate and resolve application and processing challenges to support successful product launches.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into innovative solutions and business opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer visits, training sessions, and cross-functional project coordination.

You Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree in food science, nutrition, dairy science, chemistry, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the nutrition, dairy, or related industry, ideally in product development, formulation, or application roles.
• Knowledge of nutrition products, ingredient functionality, formulation design, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with liquid and powder applications and familiarity with analytical methods.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and the ability to communicate in English in a professional environment.
