An exciting opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Certifications Coordinator to join our Product Planning & Development Division in a 12-month max-term role.
The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of product initiatives to ensure Toyota vehicles meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and market needs.
Our Certifications team plays a critical role in ensuring vehicles imported and sold in Australia comply with Australian Design Rules (ADR) and government certification requirements. This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.

Respond proactively to compliance issues, process challenges, and changing business requirements to minimise operational and regulatory risk.
Your attributes – If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you!
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience including a background in a certification, compliance, regulatory, quality, project coordination, or similarly structured environment.
Strong process improvement skills, with the ability to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
