The Role

As an Accounting Role Owner, you will manage and continuously improve Accounting-owned SAP roles and related access governance across Kyndryl’s global Accounting organization.

This is a technical accounting role requiring strong process understanding, SAP/GRC knowledge, controls awareness and close cooperation with CIO, Accounting Management, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders.

You will review and approve access requests, support role changes and testing, assess SoD and compliance risks, maintain role documentation, resolve authorization issues, and support periodic access recertifications. The role also involves ad-hoc projects linked to SAP enhancements, S/4HANA changes, BW/Group Reporting access, audit requests and Accounting transformation initiatives.

Salary Range

2,230.00 - 4,000.00 EUR Monthly. The final salary offer depends on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.

Who You Are

You have an accounting background and can quickly understand end-to-end processes, system logic and control implications. You are analytical, technically curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working with SAP roles, GRC requests, access reviews, SoD risks and documentation. You communicate clearly with both business and technical teams and can coordinate topics with Technical teams, Accounting stakeholders, auditors and management.

Required experience includes accounting process knowledge, SOX/risk awareness, SAP or enterprise systems understanding, analytical thinking and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes SAP role ownership,  SoD analysis, access recertification, audit support, project coordination and exposure to automation or new technologies.
