Working across Retail Design & Development, Retail Planning & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing Communications, Digital & Shopper Product, and Retail Experience & Marketing teams, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the LEGO Group's retail business.
Please not that this role is based in our Copenhagen HUB and no relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications

- Built strong partnerships with Retail Design teams across fixtures, props, merchandising materials and communication formats.
- Applied merchandising expertise including planograms, product allocation and retail execution processes.
- Created impactful retail storytelling and shopper communication solutions through excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using data and insights to inform merchandising decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Used Photoshop and/or InDesign in a professional environment.
- Worked in international retail environments supporting multiple markets.
- Communicated in Danish alongside fluent English.
- Supported innovation pilots or test-and-learn retail programs.
What you'll build
- Visual merchandising strategy for future store concepts.
- Store layout, flow and touchpoint prioritisation principles that support commercial performance and shopper engagement.
- Audience-focused product storytelling opportunities across themes, shopper passions and marketing activations.
- Shopper messaging tools across printed and digital channels.
- Visual merchandising guidelines, training tools and support mechanisms that drive consistent execution globally.
- Strong partnerships that elevate the retail experience and identify innovation opportunities across the business.
If you've worked in a role where you've transformed shopper experiences through visual merchandising, design partnerships and commercial storytelling, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine creativity, commercial thinking and cross-functional influence to create meaningful retail experiences.
Life on the team
The Visual Merchandising team shapes the in-store experience through visual merchandising solutions that activate products, elevate shopper messaging and support consistent execution across store formats. As part of Retail Experience & Marketing, we're at our best when we work together. We connect, interact and engage with shoppers every day, and we enjoy bringing the LEGO brand to life. You'll join a collaborative team that values creativity, curiosity, flexibility, problem solving and strong partnership across functions.
What success looks like
You'll become a trusted leader in defining visual merchandising principles for future retail concepts while helping ensure commercial and experience metrics are achieved. Over time, your impact will be seen through stronger shopper storytelling, scalable execution frameworks and innovative retail experiences that support continued LEGO Retail expansion. You'll work closely with leaders and specialists across Retail Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to make that vision a reality.
