Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Field Logs in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally, report observations, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the technology, media, and telecommunications location, including interior spaces, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions or policy concerns, and help to deter unauthorized entry through a professional presence.
• Complete required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
