What you will do:
Do you have HVAC and/or boiler experience? We are looking for skilled Servicemen who have worked in residential, light commercial, heavy commercial, industrial, and boiler environments to join our team and work on the most advanced heavy commercial, industrial, and boiler equipment.
We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, career advancement opportunities, and increased incentive opportunities for executed pull-through work. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.
Servicemen must have practical working experience with residential, light commercial, commercial HVAC, and/or boiler mechanical equipment. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR and boiler service, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Possibility of being accepted into the Local Union Apprenticeship after at least six (6) months of working hours with a Lead Journeyman and Manager.
Must be able to work in conditions that may be dirty and/or require extended work hours.
What we look for:
Required:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on light commercial heating and cooling systems and commercial boiler equipment.
- HVAC and boiler systems maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair boilers, burners, pumps, controls, and related heating equipment.
- Residential, light commercial, industrial, commercial, and/or boiler service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- EPA Refrigeration Certification.
- Experience working with steam, hot water, and hydronic boiler systems.
- Boiler Operator License or related boiler certification a plus.
- Experience servicing commercial and industrial boiler equipment.
Pay Range: $21.50 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
