Job Title: Remote Dispatcher (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,400 – $2,400 USD/month
Schedule: 40 hours per week on US Eastern Time / ET. Coverage includes weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET) with adjusted weekday schedules and extended flexibility during peak November–December seasonal operations.
Job Overview
Dispatch Board Management & Logistics Ownership

Manages, updates, and actively optimizes the real-time dispatch board within Workiz to ensure maximum field efficiency.

Verifies that every scheduled work order contains complete operational details, including property access codes, equipment needs, customer notes, and technical scopes of work.

Preemptively identifies logistical bottlenecks, missing materials, or missing access parameters before installation crews deploy to job sites.

Adjusts field schedules dynamically in response to severe weather delays, emergency repair calls, crew callouts, or extended job run-times.
Field Crew Coordination & Work Stoppage Prevention

Maintains continuous real-time communication with field crews and Project Managers regarding departure times, job progress, and schedule shifts.

Actively identifies and removes obstacles that could cause work stoppages, coordinating rapidly with warehouse and production teams for missing tools or supplies.

Facilitates immediate issue escalation to Project Managers or senior operations leadership when complex field obstacles arise.

Supports post-installation quality control by verifying crew photo submissions, equipment testing, timer programming, and closeout documentation before crews leave site.
Customer Experience & Service Request Dispatch

Delivers warm, proactive, and highly personalized communications to customers regarding arrival windows, schedule adjustments, weather delays, and project status updates.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of in-season service and repair requests, from initial customer outreach and video/photo troubleshooting to work order creation, dispatch, and final resolution.

Ensures open customer inquiries always have an assigned owner and actionable next step, preventing service tickets from stalling.
System Documentation & Operational Continuity

Maintains strict data integrity across Workiz, HubSpot, and internal communication platforms, logging all project notes, status updates, and schedule changes in real time.

Supports administrative logistics across the entire seasonal lifecycle, including initial installations, maintenance calls, post-holiday removals, and warehouse storage inventory.

Executes outbound phone calls to customers, field managers, and technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts rapidly.

Operational & Dispatch Experience: Proven background in dispatching, field service coordination, project logistics, or operational support within home services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, landscaping, roofing, or transportation).

Advanced English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken English skills with clear, warm, and natural communication capabilities for client interaction.

Multilingual Capability: Fluent in Spanish (highly valued for field crew communication) or Portuguese (a strong bonus).

Phone Communication Confidence: Comfort and willingness to make frequent outbound calls to resolve field issues quickly rather than relying solely on text or email.

Technical Adaptability: Proficiency or fast learning aptitude with field service platforms, CRMs, and communication suites (e.g., Workiz, HubSpot, Aircall, CallRail, Heymarket, LiveSwitch, Google Workspace).

Schedule Flexibility: Full commitment to working US Eastern Time hours, including required weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET) and seasonal flexibility during peak winter operations.

Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated quiet home office setup, computer, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

Direct experience supporting US-based residential or commercial field service companies remotely.

Prior hands-on experience utilizing Workiz as a primary dispatching tool.

Demonstrated ability to remain calm, decisive, and highly organized in high-volume, seasonal operational environments.
