About the Role
Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate II, Marketing Production - Artist to join our Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will support Marketing efforts by executing the versioning, resizing, and final edits of template graphics for print and digital marketing materials. This role ensures accuracy and consistency across media forms, including Preprint, ROP, direct mail, billboards, flyers, store maps and store signage. The Production Artist collaborates with internal teams to maintain high-quality production standards and meet deadlines. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Production & Print Operations.
You will
Execute market and size versioning of template graphics for print and digital materials, ensuring proper formatting and quality.
Utilize variable data coding software to version promotions and coupons across multiple marketing channels.
Support in-store and digital marketing efforts by preparing signage and other promotional assets for execution.
Ensure accurate delivery of ad versions to printers, newspapers, and other marketing outlets by following production schedules and quality checks.
Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all creative assets by adhering to established design guidelines.
You will come with
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of experience in graphic production, prepress, or digital marketing.
