Program Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
Location: Commons at Grant located in Columbus, Ohio
Division: Affordable Housing - PSH
Reports to: Clinical Director
Full time 40 hours a week

National Church Residences is seeking a Program Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to oversee the daily operations of supportive housing programs serving individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness. This leadership role ensures high-quality, person-centered services while promoting housing stability, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.
Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.
