Job Title: National Sales Coordinator

Overview:
The National Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the sales support of the National Sales team. The NSC is the market contact for all national business and plays a critical role in the execution of sales support and management. The coordinator is responsible for outreach within the markets and works closely with the National Sales VPs to execute client requests. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The NSC performs the following duties personally or by assisting the National Sales Department
- Acts as primary point of contact for VP of MultiMarket Sales in assigned market(s) for all national sales needs
- Station contact for National client requests - works closely with the rep firm (Katz) and the local teams
- Enter, revise and maintain National Orders into Wide Orbit
- Ensure all national orders have proper order and line coding
- Responsible for bump reports and makegoods
- Handles all invoice discrepancies and adjustments
- Enter POs in vCreative and Collect missing copy for National Accounts
- Run daily missing copy reports to ensure copy is applied in a timely manner
- Spearhead outreach to national reps to gather any copy needed
- Daily entry of copy and spots into vCreative for production
- Collect airchecks as requested
- Act as in-market point of contact in execution of all national sales campaigns including, but not limited to, contesting, sponsorships, and talent endorsement campaigns
- Liaise with internal market contacts to vet talent for national endorsements
- Communicate with station talent to produce national endorsement copy - Liaise with internal market contacts to vet talent for national endorsements
- Create pre-sale presentations and recap presentations for national promotions using Google Slides
- Provide backup coverage for markets when coordinators are away/on leave
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
- Minimum two years’ experience working in sales, customer service or related field- media sales preferred
- Professional demeanor; comfortable interacting and collaborating directly with Katz reps and internal teams
- Requires 4-year degree; Marketing, Business or Communications preferred or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and team members
- Solutions orientated / problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
