Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative Automation & AI Associate to streamline business operations by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating business processes, managing and transforming data, creating AI-powered workflows, and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM, ZOHO One and Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms is preferred. The primary focus of this role is implementing AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows across different business functions.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Build intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI tools into existing business processes for enhanced productivity.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to optimize business operations.

Data Management & Analytics

• Collect, clean, organize, and automate data processing from multiple sources.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
• Create automated reporting mechanisms for management.

CRM & Business Applications

• Work with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms) to automate workflows, lead management, and reporting.
• Support CRM customization and process optimization.
• Integrate CRM with third-party tools wherever required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to understand automation requirements.
• Train internal teams on newly implemented automation processes and AI tools.
• Document automation workflows, SOPs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience of data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM platform.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation is a plus.
• Experience with OCR, document automation, or AI-based data extraction tools.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of cloud-based automation platforms.
