Qualifications and Skills
- Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
- Licensed to provide facial services in Washington State
- A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
- Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus

Responsibilities
- Conduct skin assessments for each client to determine suitable facial treatments and products.
- Perform customized facial services (e.g., cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and applying masks) tailored to individual skin needs.
- Offer additional skincare services as needed (e.g., extractions, masks, or other treatments).
- Ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for clients during services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and treatment rooms.
- Educate clients about the benefits of regular facial treatments and proper skincare routines.
- Recommend an appropriate frequency for clients' facial treatments based on their skin conditions and goals.
- Advise clients on suitable skincare products for at-home use to help maintain results.
- Demonstrate how to correctly use recommended products for maximum efficacy.
- Follow all sanitation protocols and studio policies to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Clean and sanitize all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms according to studio guidelines.
- Comply with all health, safety, and legal regulations in accordance with local and state laws.
- Communicate clearly with clients to assess their needs and explain the treatments they will receive.
- Maintain detailed client records, including services performed, products used, and any relevant client preferences.
- Address any client concerns during the treatment and provide solutions as needed.
- Foster positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management by notifying the studio manager of product stock levels and ordering needs.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities as requested.
- Uphold the studio’s professional image by dressing in accordance with the studio’s dress code and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Contribute to the studio’s goals, including client retention and growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the studio manager or leadership team to support studio operations.
- Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications
- Valid and active Esthetician license in Washington State.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience with client consultation, skin assessments, and customized treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team setting.
