Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all products are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and deliveries
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update computer systems
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
• Coordinate with carriers and delivery services
• Perform quality control checks on products
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual (not required, but a plus)
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience required
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Reports to: Manager

Location: Henderson, CO

Compensation Range: $23 to $25

Closing Date: 08/25/2026

Shift:10pm to 6.30am Mon to Fri with some Saturdays when needed

Compensation is based on the level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates (internal or external) for the high end of the range.
