We are looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join our Commercial team and support the continuous improvement of sales performance across products, customer segments, regions and channels. In this role, you will help transform sales data into meaningful insights that support better decisions, stronger customer focus and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across products, categories, regions and customer segments.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards and performance analyses for sales teams and management.
• Identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling potential.
• Support sales managers with insights for target setting, performance improvement and sales efficiency.
• Analyze customer buying patterns, market dynamics and competitive performance.
• Help ensure accurate, timely and consistent sales data for better business decisions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• University degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics or SAP would be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, build performance models and present insights in a clear and practical way.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
