As our Product Manager AI App & Sitebuilder, you will drive the future of one of IONOS’s most strategically vital growth areas. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, UX Research, and cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Product Management to build innovative, AI-first product experiences tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Tasks
- Take full ownership of the roadmap, prioritization, and continuous evolution of our products across their entire lifecycle.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and monitor competitor landscapes to uncover new feature opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Partner closely with Engineering—from defining requirements and writing user stories all the way to launch.
- Serve as a direct bridge to Customer Care, transforming user feedback and support pain points into actionable product decisions.
- Seamlessly integrate the AI App & Sitebuilder into the broader IONOS ecosystem (Momentum Suite), refining product interplay and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Define and track key product KPIs (activation, churn, usage, conversion) while taking ownership of NPS and overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with Commercial Product Management, Marketing, and Sales for multi-brand rollouts—actively embedding AI methodologies into everyday product practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management for digital SaaS, web, or app products—with a substantial portion focused on AI-driven product development.
- Hands-on AI Expertise: You work directly with LLMs and agentic workflows—viewing token economics as a core product parameter, not just a tech buzzword.
- Experience with AI Builders: You actively use vibe-coding tools and possess a deep, practical understanding of where these tools shine, where they break, and what that means for our roadmap.
- Modern Product Mindset: You know that AI products are specified, tested, and measured differently than traditional software, and you have clear views on which guardrails belong in the delivery pipeline.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong fluency with commercial and product metrics; you make evidence-based decisions rather than relying on gut feeling.
- Delivery & Can-Do Attitude: Experience collaborating with Engineering in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban, Jira) alongside the drive to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) to thrive in our international environment.
