Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of the Role
Williams Lea is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of complex client solutions across global accounts.
Working closely with Sales, Solutions, Operations and Technology teams, you'll take ownership of implementations from pre-sales through to go-live and transition into business-as-usual operations. You'll ensure solutions are delivered successfully, meet client expectations and achieve agreed business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end implementation programmes across people, process, technology and service delivery.
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, governance and reporting.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support solution design and pre-sales activities, validating implementation approaches and resource requirements.
- Manage risks, dependencies, suppliers and third-party technology partners.
- Ensure operational readiness and seamless transition into BAU.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience leading complex implementations, transitions or mobilisation programmes.
- Background in outsourcing, managed services, professional services or operational transformation environments.
- Strong programme, project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable delivery plans.
- Strong risk management, governance and communication skills.
Desirable:
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution design activities.
- Experience managing third-party technology providers.
- Background in legal, financial services, professional services, BPO or managed services environments.
