ATM & Cash Devices Operations Specialist

What is the opportunity?

The ATM & Cash Devices Operations Specialist has the responsibility for the development of the ATM & Cash Devices strategy and leads the network planning exercises to ensure effective and profitable management of the ATM & Cash Devices network across Caribbean Banking. In this role you will lead day-to-day activities (BAU) and support multiple ATM & Cash Devices projects, as the subject matter expert and provide input on scope, business requirements, change requests and implementation requirements.

What will you do?

• Explore and identify opportunities to optimize the network and seek out industry trends, client and market demographics and enterprise knowledge, as inputs into developing the ATM & cash devices strategy, policies, procedures and management tools
• Plan, direct and coordinate assigned projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within approved schedule, scope and budget. Keep abreast of all ATM & Cash Devices initiatives through a pipeline activity report
• Provide sound financial analysis to support business decisions for new ATMs & Cash devices, expansion or rationalization of the network, modification to features and pricing of services
• Manage business relationships with ATM Offsite landlords in collaboration with CRE.
• Manage business relationships with ATM & Cash Devices Support vendors. Provide input into the review of ATM & Cash Devices vendor contracts and external and internal SLAs
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to define performance benchmarks and perform trend analysis on ATM & Cash devices usage across the Caribbean
• Plan effectively for the replacement and redeployment of ATMs and Cash devices, taking into consideration age, wear and tear, damages, performance, security risks among other factors
• Support the development and maintenance of distribution maps, the ATM & Cash devices inventory and works with in-market stakeholders in the planning of ATM and cash devices deployment priorities.
• Seek out new strategic locations and plans ATM & Cash devices expansions; coordinating and managing rollouts with project team

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• University degree in business, finance, banking or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum five (5) years in Financial Services Industry, with four (4) years of strategy and/or product experience and two (2) years of Project Management experience
• Strategic, growth mindset with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong collaborator with a proven track record of driving change
