Description
CNC Turnmill Machinist
Oil and Gas Industry
Salary: basic $1800-$2200
Allowance: house allowance, transport allowance, shift allowance, NS allowance, Meal Allowance, etc...
Working hours: 5 days
Location: Tuas
OT Pay: 1.5-2 times.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC Turn-Mill machines to manufacture precision oil & gas components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Perform turning, milling, drilling, threading and other machining operations.
- Set cutting tools, workpieces and machine parameters.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure machined parts meet required quality and tolerance standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures and company quality requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant CNC Turn-Mill / CNC machining experience.
- Experience in CNC turning and milling operations.
- Able to read engineering drawings and understand machining tolerances.
- Familiar with CNC machine setup, tooling and cutting parameters.
- Able to use precision measuring instruments.
- Experience in oil & gas or precision engineering industry will be an advantage.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
