As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will be involved in managing risk and compliance processes, contributing to the development of strategies that enhance client operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, working on Health PLS Ops Managed Services. This position will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management projects
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs
- Conducting risk analysis and identifying potential compliance issues
- Reviewing contracts to mitigate contractual risks and validate compliance
- Monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Participating in the evaluation and enhancement of risk management frameworks
- Handling confidential information with discretion and business ethics
- Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance challenges
- Utilizing data security measures to prevent data loss and protect personal data
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
