Description
$27.00–$30.00/hour based on experience, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — no on-call, no nights, no weekends. Harry Meyering Center is hiring an LPN to support adults with disabilities living in homes throughout the Mankato area, helping them stay healthy, independent, and connected to their community.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community, in a respectful, person-centered way
- Administer medications and treatments per each person's care plan, and track and report any medication errors
- Train and coach direct support staff on medication administration, CPR, and recognizing signs of illness
- Keep medical records complete, accurate, and up to date
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to relay updates, request orders, and get clarification when needed
- Step in for hands-on direct care when needed, including help with daily activities, home tasks, and medication administration
Required:
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check
- Ability to pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
- Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn digital charting tools
- Experience in home and community-based services or a similar care setting
- $27–$30/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, PTO eligible

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with some flexibility if needed. No on-call, no scheduled weekends or overnights.
