This position reports to:
Project Operations Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle, from contract award through project completion, serving as the primary operational liaison between Project Managers, Project Operations Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service business unit specifically within the Project Operations functional area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead end-to-end project delivery — Own project schedules, milestones, and performance tracking to drive operational efficiency from initiation through closeout
Turn data into decisions — Build Power BI dashboards and KPI reports that give real-time visibility into project health, financials, and business intelligence
Manage project financials with confidence — Oversee budgets, forecasts, gross margin tracking, and SAP CATS labour cost allocation across a dynamic project portfolio
Be the connector — Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with ABB policies and contractual obligations
Drive continuous improvement — Champion customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to smarter, more efficient ways of working
Your background
Relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
3+ years' experience in service coordination, project coordination, operations support, or field service environments.
Experience with project scheduling, resource planning, service delivery, and contract administration.
Proficiency in SAP (Project Systems preferred), labour management, timesheet validation, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI, Excel, and project performance metrics.
Demonstrated stakeholder management, customer service, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement experience.
