Job Title: Call Center and Sales Office Team Lead
Type of Position: Full-time-Seasonal
Schedule: Weekends and holidays may be required during the Winter season.
Pay: $21.75 to $24.00/hr., depending on experience

Summary
Lead our reservation and sales office team! Responsible for the daily operations of the sales office and/or call center, and supervision of the staff. Also be part of the team to give our guests quality and efficient service.
Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Performs all duties of a sales office and/or call center staff member.
- Training and coaching of staff members.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the sales office.
- Properly manages all vault transactions, including making change, morning and evening counts, drop counts, and general security of the vault.
- Approves close-outs of cash drawers and elevates issues that arise appropriately.
- Takes accountability for stocking, cleaning, computer operations, customer service, and employee supervision.
- Monitors stocking of essential items, and reports shortages to the manager
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Great customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work on-site, not a remote work option
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
