We are specifically in search of a full-time, expanded function, dental assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, friendly, and organized individual who loves dentistry and aims to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our practice.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Doctor chair-side for multiple procedures: Crowns, Composites, Root Canals, Extractions, Implants.Discuss dental treatment plans and be able to explain dental needs to patients.X-ray certification required; our facility is fully digital.Ability to make single and multi-unit temporaries for anterior and posterior teeth.Discuss post-op instructions with patients for multiple procedures.Sterilize and maintain all dental instruments in accordance with OSHA standards.Occasionally call, confirm and schedule patient appointments.Maintain up-to-date certifications in OSHA, HIPAA, and CPR.Write lab scripts accurately for dental procedures.Take dental impressions and digital scans proficiently.Organize rooms and setup for dental procedures effectively and efficiently.RequirementsMust possess a high focus on customer service and satisfaction.Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in all work situations.Dependable and punctual, with a record of arriving at work on time.Keen attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.Professional demeanor and appearance at all times within the clinic.Competent computer skills; must be computer literate.Must be an expanded functions dental assistant.Preferably holds at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Benefits: After 90 days: PTO, medical insurance, paid holidays, uniforms, CE.
