Working arrangement: Hybrid
Expense reimbursement: €800 gross per month
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months. A curricular internship is considered a plus.

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Italy Finance Order to Cash team in Rome. This internship is designed for a candidate who wants to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on experience in finance operations within a dynamic multinational environment.
About the role
As part of the Italy Finance Order to Cash (OTC) Italy team, you will support daily operational activities, financial analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives in the OTC area. You will collaborate with local and international stakeholders and gain exposure to key OTC finance processes that support business performance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Finance Order to Cash team in day-to-day operations and process execution
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and documentation to support projects, controls, and business requests
- Collaborate with Finance, OTC, Business Service Centers, and other internal stakeholders on activities such as Working capital and DSO monitoring, factoring operations, customer master data, e-invoicing, credit and debit memo management, customer collections, and cross-functional projects
Required qualifications and skills
We are looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative candidate who is eager to learn in an international finance environment.
- Recent graduate or Master’s student in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in finance operations
- Good knowledge of digital tools, with an interest in Artificial Intelligence applications and data-driven ways of working
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
